ACE-inhibitory activity of the 5000 g·mol−1 fraction obtained after Amicon Ultra15 filtration of fermented milks. ACE-inhibitory activity was expressed as the % ACE-I. Milk fermented by E. faecalis TH563 (dark grey bars) showed a higher ACE-inhibitory activity if compared to L. delb. bulgaricus LA2 (light grey bars).
