Chromatographic profiles of casein hydrolysates (a) or a casein plastein prepared with a decrease of free amino groups of 43.5 μmol·g−1 proteins (b) analyzed by size exclusion chromatography with Superdex-75 column. The analysis was performed at a flow rate of 0.9 mL·min−1with 0.05 mol·L−1 sodium acetate-0.1 mol·L−1 NaCl buffer (pH 7.3) and monitored at 280 nm.
