The inhibition of casein hydrolysates on DPPH radicals and ABTS·+ at different hydrolysis times. The inhibitions of casein on DPPH radicals and ABTS·+ were about 0% and 19.1 ± 1.0%, respectively. The concentrations of casein or casein hydrolysates used in DPPH radical and ABTS·+ inhibition were 100 and 800 μg·mL−1, respectively. The number of trial times was three.
