Chromatogram of Beaufort cheese WSE on the IMAC column, and separation into fractions according to Lund and Ardö [14]. The column was eluted with a gradient of 0 to 0.2 mol·L−1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate pH 4.4. Detection was performed at 215 nm. Total loaded samples correspond to 1.5 g Beaufort cheese.
