The plotting of the Yoneda peak maxima at α f = 0.052° (white dots) and α f = 0.12° (black dots) as a function of the μGISAXS scanning position d reveals a strong dependence between both peaks. Diffusion profiles are shown at times t 0 = 0 (dashed line) and t 1 = 1200 s with diffusion coefficients of D = 0.1 μm2·s−1 (dash-dotted line) and D = 5 μm2·s−1 (solid line). The inserted picture shows the diffusion zone (B) between the rennin droplet (A) and the casein film (C). The benchmark and the footprints of an overilluminated μGISAXS scan are also shown.
