Dr Anne Thierry took over the position of Editor-in-Chief of Dairy Science & Technology in May this year. She replaces Jean-Louis Maubois who after more than 30 years of tireless service as Editor-in-Chief of the journal stepped down.

Dr Thierry had been serving as a referee for a long time, and one who is particularly steadfast regarding her high standards on originality and quality of submitted manuscripts. Her strict code of practice is evidently the only one to maintain the high level of publishing at Dairy Science & Technology.
